Order Procedure :
1. Select your preferred items from our website and let us know products ID number, size and quantity you need by E-mail , MSN or Yahoo.
2. We send you confirmation letter after getting your order information .
3. Sending full payment to us .
4. We confirm the payment and send out your order by door to door Express mail.

Delivery Time:
Our shippment way EMS,TNT,UPS,DHL and so on.delivery only takes 5-6 working days. EMS is the fastest, safest and cheapest.

FAQ

1. How can I get information after I have paid for the clothes ?

We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.  

2. When and how can I check on my order status?

Normaly, after 3days you can trace your package(s).

3. How do I contact you if I have a question?

We prefer to be contacted by email(see contact us) or  via MSN. 

4. How long will it take to receive our products?

It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order. 
Sometimes clothes are delivered faster. 
Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.

5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?

Yes. We currently ship to many international locations. 

6. Can you reserve clothes for me until I can pay for it?

Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.

Return/Exchange

- We DO NOT offer refunds.

- Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: 
  "I don't want the clothes anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color". 
  Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture.

- Acceptable Reasons for exchange: 
  Wrong colour or size sent by the factory ,  mistake made from our side.

- The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us!
   If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you an exchange.
